Requirements:

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.

-European and Asian languages a plus, not required



Hours:

30 hrs/week. 10am-4pm Monday – Friday (flexible/negotiable hours)

Physical space is open and sunny. Management is friendly and approachable. Dress is business-casual. Lunches are quick breaks or taken in the office.

The Job:

-Answer incoming calls, provide basic answers or direct the call



-Tend and organize a high-volume general-purpose inbox, and provide basic answers or forward email appropriately.



-Greet walk-in and appointment customers with etiquette and discretion and provide basic instructions.



-Book and enable appointments for possible consignors and auction viewers.



-Provide special handling and basic admin help for Tarisio’s collaborators and office-partners



-Perform administrative and personal assistance to firm Directors and Executive Manager



-Maintain polished demeanor in reception and gallery areas



-Work directly alongside a senior client-services employee to execute daily operational tasks
